Scores on the SF-36^®, v2 (Acute Version) outcome measure Physical Component Summary and Mental Component Summary measures [20]. The range of possible scores on all measures is 0–100. Higher scores indicate better quality of life. Data based on 20 subjects. The day of envenomation is Day 0. Use of “look back” questioning to establish pre-injury baseline has not been previously validated for the SF-36.
