Score on the Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) outcome measure [17]. The range of possible scores is 0 – 80. Higher scores indicate less disability. Evaluation limited to subjects with lower extremity envenomation (n = 10) except for Day 21 (n = 9). The day of envenomation is Day 0. Use of “look back” questioning to establish pre-injury baseline has not been previously validated for the LEFS.
