  2. Table 10 shows that there is a poor agreement between modified Alvarado and modified RIPASA scoring systems in regard to the diagnosis of acute appendicitis (Kappa value = 0.201, p = 0.197). The agreement in diagnosing appendicitis was found in only 58.3%.
