Queue lengths (“all” as well as “maximum”) and arrivals differed between shifts (Kruskal-Wallis: p < 0.0001). This was true as well between weekdays and weekends for maximum queues and arrivals, but for all queues an association was found (Kruskal-Wallis: p = 0.1309)
