Six weeks after hospital discharge (T = 6 weeks), telephonic triage by a pulmonologist took place to determine if follow up was necessary at the post – COVID-19 outpatient clinic of Amsterdam UMC location VUmc (PCOC), planned approximately 3 months after hospital discharge (T ≈ 3 months).
